And this program is a great fit if you are interested in trying out health coaching or getting to know me better, but if you are not quite ready to commit to one on one coaching.

What you get:

  • An email delivered to your inbox each morning for 30 days.
  • Thirty different lessons. Each one is short but powerful, cutting through to the important stuff for the most efficient transformation. I know you are busy, but I will show you how being healthy is still possible.
  • An action item each day. These will be doable immediately, and will be small enough so that you can incorporate them into your daily life and then build over time.
  • Lessons cover all areas that play a role in an overall healthy lifestyle. As my business name suggests – SCERF – which stands for Self-care, Career, Exercise, Relationships, and Food.
  • If you follow each action item, you can expect to feel a refreshing boost at the end of your 30 days, and you will have the tools to bring life-long change to you and your family.

Your commitment (what you need to do to make this program worthwhile):

  • Commit to 10-15 minutes per day to read and digest the email and to implement the action item.
  • Come ready for change. Being healthy isn’t just about the right information, we must be ready to make changes. Only you know if you are at that point or not. If not, then save your money and wait until you are ready. I will be here for you when the time comes and would love to be a part of your wellness journey!
  • Come with an open mind.
  • A financial commitment of $99, paid up front. This program is non-refundable. It is transferable; if you would like to make this a gift for someone, you will have an option to indicate it in the notes when you checkout and you will receive a certificate for that special person to redeem when they are ready.
  • If you decide to sign up for a 3 or 6 month 1:1 coaching program after your Month of Transformation, the amount paid for your 30 day program will count toward your individualized program.

Healthy Structure: Three-month individualized coaching program

What you get:

  • Free initial consultation (approximately 45 minutes). This is a no obligation meeting and is required before signing up for a 1:1 program with me. It will allow us to explore your health goals to determine if we are a good fit for one another–important for both of us to determine.
  • Six, 50 minute coaching calls. (Can be in person if you are in Juneau, Alaska; or by phone or video).
  • Check-in emails weekly.
  • Goal setting – short and long-term. This includes narrowing and framing your current goals as well as identifying new goals if you are stuck in this area. We will break these down into achievable steps to monitor your progress over the three months.
  • Accountability. Together we will set manageable goals, but if you are not following through, I will let you know.
  • Self-paced and 100% personalized program.
  • Handouts and recipes. I have been known to write recipes specifically for clients to meet their particular needs and likes or dislikes. I also provide different recipes that I think you will enjoy. Handouts provide more information about a topic that we are focusing on which can include different food items such as how to incorporate healthy fats into your diet; or how much water to drink and how to get more. Depending on the client, I will provide more or less written information. Some people find it very helpful, other times it is easy to get bogged down in paperwork that we never return to.
  • Summary. At the end of each program, we will go through your progress and talk about your next steps. I also check in as we go to focus on the areas most likely to bring about the biggest benefits towards your own health goals.

Your commitment (what you need to do to make this program worthwhile):

  • Commit to showing up for all 6 sessions. We will schedule them all at the beginning. I ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule.
  • Follow through when you say you will.

    • That’s about $6/day. Think about the money you will save by:

Health Transformation: six month coaching program

Are you fed up with dieting and truly ready to transform your life? This program is like having your personal health consultant for an entire six months, with coaching sessions every other week AND an hour per week to talk with me, when you need it, however you want to communicate.

Things will change. Only sign up if you are ready!

What you get; everything that is part of the three-month program, PLUS: 

  • A full six months with your own health coach. In addition to tons of health information, a lot happens over a six month period. We can navigate those challenges together.
  • Twelve 50-minute coaching calls (every other week, like the three month program but twice as long).
  • A book to assist with your journey. This will be personally chosen by your health coach to fit best with you.
  • Access to my growing library of health books and videos. If you are out of town, you can select one book at a time and I will ship them to you and cover return postage.
  • A binder (to keep your handouts), a journal (to mark your progress, take notes, etc), and a pen.
  • Up to one hour per week of other coaching assistance or accountability. This could be by phone, text, or email – what you need and when you need it. Find yourself halfway through a box of oreos? Give me a call and let’s talk through what’s going on. Unsure what caused gas or bloating? Maybe together we can pinpoint the cause and figure out what is next. Purchase a new type of vegetable but unsure how to cook it? Shoot me a text. Want to show off your family dinner? Awesome! I would love to see it!
