Eating for Energy

Join me for a 3 month workshop focused on exploring what to eat for YOUR body to bring sustained energy throughout the day. We will focus on feeling better to get more done however you choose – whether that means spending more time with your kids or being more productive during the hours you are at work.

Starts July 1, 2018, so contact me right away because it includes a 1:1 consultation before the group work begins. Our group will be no more than 6 people. We will have 50 minute ‘classes’ every other week where you will have the opportunity to share your struggles and learn from what others are going through. In between calls, I will provide educational content and challenges, as well as videos on the weeks we are not meeting. We will also have a private facebook group to share and help eachother along our journey.
