Healthy Structure : Three-Month Individualized Coaching Program

What you get – the program and my commitment to you:

  • Free initial consultation (approximately 45 minutes). This is a no obligation meeting and is required before signing up for any 1:1 program with me. It will allow us to explore your health goals and most importantly to determine if we are a good fit for one another. You should only work with a coach you feel is a good fit for you, and not every potential client is a good fit for me. I want you to get the service you deserve.
  • Six, 50 minute coaching calls. (Can be in person if you are in Juneau, Alaska; or by phone or video).
  • Check-in emails weekly.
  • Goal setting – short and long-term. This includes narrowing and framing your current goals as well as identifying new goals if you are stuck in this area. We will break these down into achievable steps to monitor your progress over the three months.
  • Accountability. Together we will set manageable goals, but if you are not following through, I will let you know.
  • Self-paced and 100% personalized program.
  • Handouts and recipes. I have been known to write recipes specifically for clients to meet their particular needs and likes or dislikes. I also provide different recipes that I think you will enjoy. You will also receive handouts that provide more information about topics that we are focusing on. Some topics may include different food items such as how to incorporate healthy fats into your diet; or how much water to drink and how to get more. Depending on the client, I will provide more or less written information. Some people find it very helpful, other times it is easy to get bogged down in paperwork that we never return to.
  • Access to my healthy lifestyle library. All current clients may ‘check out’ one book or video at a time. I am happy to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Summary. At the end of each program, we will go through your progress and talk about your next steps. I also check in as we go to focus on the areas most likely to bring about the biggest benefits towards your own health goals.

Your commitment (what you need to do to get the most out of this program):

  • Commit to showing up for all 6 sessions. We will schedule them all at the beginning. I ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule.
  • Follow through when you say you will.
  • Be coachable. Come open to suggestions and new ways to see things, as well as a willingness to try new things.
  • Reach out to me if you need help in an area.
  • Come ready for change. Being healthy isn’t just about the right information, we must be ready to make changes. Only you know if you are at that point or not. If not, then save your money and wait until you are ready. I will be here for you when the time comes and would love to be a part of your wellness journey!
  • Come with an open mind.
  • A financial investment of $540 (+ tax). Can be billed monthly.
    • That’s about $6/day. Think about the money you will save by:
